foul ordor after having sex

I have noticed, that after me and my husband are intimate. There is an unusual ordor coming from me. Now this is new to me. I have been checked by my doctor. No sexual disease. And also I keep having the symptoms of an yeast infection Please help, I don't know what to do!!!
