For several years, I have suffered tendonitis in my foot - just below the ankle. The onset is 2-3 times a year and has occured in both feet (at different times). I may notice some tenderness in the area one day and cannot walk the next day, without any injury or any extensive use of the joint. Any idea on how to prevent this from continue to happen. The best treatment I’ve found is elevation and ice.
