Have had a scalp biobsy and they have diagnosed lupus
my mom had it and was qute ill all her life, i am 60 and have beta thallaseimia as well
am from mixed race family
can some one tell me what living with lupus entails ?
have had the malar rash on and off for 2 years I thought it was the slapped cheeks virus
i suffer from most of the symptoms and have done for years I think the doctors thought i was malingering

but the hairloss has kicked in about a year ago and the new doctor is a skin specialist so she knew what it was

i am new to forum
