I am 62 years old, overweight, and under exercised. I work at a computer so I sit for 8 hours a day.
I have pains mostly in the ball of my feet. It also feels as if the balls of both feet are swollen. Sometime there is a very sharp pain that lasts for only a few seconds, usually in one foot.
Could this be Gout?
