mild fullnes renal pelvis

Hi, Just had a CT scan done my right kidney is larger than the left not by much, 12.6cm vs. 12.4cm, my right kidney has mild fullness of the renal pelvis ??? should I be concerned, what does that mean ? and both kidneys - possible diffuse punctate parenchymal calcifications, what does that mean ?
